Bethesda Announces Fallout Live Action Adaptation Web Series To Be Streamed on Amazon Prime

Bethesda Game Studio has partnered with Amazon Prime to bring Fallout on TV. In a surprising announcement from the official Fallout Twitter account, they revealed that there is an upcoming live adaptation web series of Fallout on Amazon Prime. The upcoming series will be produced by Kilter Films, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, producers of Westworld. This development was confirmed by the Bethesda’s official website.

Fallout, Live Adaptation Web Series Is Confirmed And Other Details

Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, younger Nolan brother Kilter Films spoke,
“Fallout is one of the greatest game series of all time. Each chapter of this insanely imaginative story has cost us countless hours we could have spent with family and friends.

So we’re incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the brilliant lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, and darkly funny universe to life with Amazon Studios,”

Alber Chang Co-head of Amazon studios also reacted to this development. They said that Lisa and Jonathan, producers of Westworld are perfect storytellers to bring Fallout, an iconic global franchise on the TV. Fans are excited over this news, and many fans commented that producers of Westworld, which earned 43 Emmy nominations and other awards can be trusted for the Fallout live-action adaptation.

Fallout franchise, dubbed as atompunk retrofuturistic franchise where the Americans in the late 1940s explode gets caught in a nuclear war in 2077. The last Fallout game, Fallout 76 was released in 2018. The Fallout world is known for its harsh tone, nuclear fantasies where two generations collide, where we learn the harsh reality of the future. The utopian ideal of a better world through nuclear energy. This franchise has achieved many records and dozens of Game of the year trophies over the course of many years. This series has garnered one of the strongest fanbases.

No further announcement has been made by the studio. According to the official website, this series is currently in development. It seems we will have to wait longer for further official announcements.
