The next movie in the Fantastic Beasts Trilogy is evolving to a much-awaited event. While not as good as the pioneering Harry Potter movies, the fantastic beasts have carved out a niche of their own. New events and characters thrown to the already interesting world of wizards were not actually going to be a miss, to be honest.
But it is correct that the plot or writing is not at par with the first reports of Hogwarts and the folks inside.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald respectively were the first two movies respectively and they’ve done quite a job of churning out a new brand of magic-hungry fans. The celebrities that have acted have just added to the appeal of the movie.
And now, the third movie is underway.
It is not much known about the storyline but we know that the setting will be in Rio de Janeiro. And such an exotic locale needs exotic movie.
In the previous movie, Leta Lestrange was finished off by Grindelwald for helping Newt along with the others. The storyline is likely to intensify from that stage onwards.
Because it’ll be the continuation of the previous movie, most of the celebrities from the original cast will be back to reprise their function. It would be smart to assume that Eddie Redmayne, as Newt Scamander with Johnny Depp as Grindelwald will return to reprise their role.
Other actors, including Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski), Alison Sudol (Queenie), Katherine Waterstone (Tina), Ezra Miller (Credence Barebone), and Jude Law (Dumbledore) will be joining them in the cast.
The official US launch of Fantastic Beasts 3 will probably be on 12 November 2021. On the other hand, the ongoing scare of the pandemic might push that to another date.
Rowling has finished the screenplay and the filming will begin whenever the lockdown ends.
Chances are low that the release date will be postponed. However, you’re certain to receive all the upgrades here so stay tuned. And have a good day.
