Ever heard about the most notorious group of Birmingham. If you are relating it to a series, well then besides using a series on precisely the same name. This group failed to exist. But for now, we will focus more on the drama show. The Peaky Blinders is a British drama series that is set on the lawless streets of postwar Birmingham. This series is created by Steven Knight.
This BBC crime drama first surfaced in 2013 and since that time has been considered as the best crime thriller of the British industry. The show has to date awarded five marvelous seasons. Season 5 began in 2019. So far as year 6 is verified, it is in pre-production. It has been confirmed by Director Anthony Byrne.
Before it was stated that season six’s shooting could be wrapped up in June of this past year. But it hadn’t even properly begun before everything was closed down. So it’s expected to start after the current crisis is put in the rest. So that you may expect it to return at some point only in 2021.
Apart from these significant lifelines of this show Helen McCrory as Polly Gray Ian Peck as Curly will probably be joining too. It is also anticipated that this new installment will have several cameos too. However, who’ll play with them, their titles are not yet revealed?
EXPECTED STORYLINE
Season 5 finished with a cliffhanger that has kept the audience anxious to date. The finale saw Tommy yelling in his deceased wife and dead horse in front of the camera while holding a gun. Then it only cuts to black. These last scenes depicted Tommy’s psychological condition. The new season will shed more light on this. It’s also predicted to be revealed who the deceiver has been? The individual who betrayed TOMMY?
