KTM 790 DUKE: Be ready to face

The KTM 790 Duke is born to race. With much-anticipated styling and precision accuracy, the KTM 790 Duke is away far from the competitors. The company is born out to satisfy the needs of real racing champs keeping in mind the uncompromised style and aura, the vision to achieve the best has always been in the companies DNA. In terms of looks and design, the 790 Duke shares similar styling to that of 390 Duke but with some new rolled out a feature like larger dimensions, a different chassis frame, newly designed wheels, exhaust line-up and customization in the tail section. The new model is also equipped with a full-LED headlamp and color TFT instrument console. The motorcycle also comes packed with many additional features like traction control, cornering ABS, multiple power modules, launch control and even a unique feature of wheelie control.

The motorcycle is powered by a newly developed LC8 799cc engine comprising of 2 cylinders, delivering a total power of 105 HP and a maximum torque of 87 Nm at a maximum of 8,000 RPM, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin motor, with is equipped with a six gear-box system to deliver different speed profiles. The system also features a slipper clutch. The new model is build using a tabular steel frame, which uses the engine as a stressed member. Now coming to the suspension part, the front suspension activities are handled with WP USD forks and WP mono-shock unit at the rear. The braking of the new 790 Duke is dealt with with disc brakes of 300mm disc brakes at the front and a 240mm disc brakes at the rear end, supporting a dual-channel ABS system as well. It is reported that both the brakes are carved to be calipers brake with front brake includes a four-piston radial fixed calipers and rear brakes featuring a single-piston floating caliper, brake disc. The fuel storage capacity of the vehicle is taken care of by a 14-liter petrol tank so that you always have enough fuel to burn your enemies down
