Lewis Hamilton crashed Rossi’s Yamaha bike

Wondering why there’s been no news yet on Lewis Hamilton’s MotoGP ride from Monday? Reports in Italy claim that’s because he crashed the bike.

Hamilton and MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi swapped machinery in the Ricardo Tormo circuit on Monday.

As yet, however, there has been no official news about the promotional event.

However, La Repubblica is reporting which may be because Rossi’s Yamaha MotoGP bike crashed.

The duo took to the circuit at a crossover event which took place behind closed doors morning on Monday.

Hamilton was the first as he place Rossi’s bike to try something new.

Although of what happened, the specific details aren’t known, that, however, included a wreck.

It was Rossi’s turn as he drove the Mercedes F1 car, to swap two wheels for four.

Neither Mercedes nor Yamaha have published any official details about this day.
