MG Hector Plus launches for the Indian market, starting price at Rs 13.49 lakhs.

MG Hector Plus launched in India, starting with a price tag of Rs 13.49 lakhs for the petrol variant and Rs 14.44 lakh for diesel on. It is the six-seater, three-row version of Hector, which was previously available in India. As discussed before, the Internet car retains the boxy look of the Hector. So let’s know about the new 3-row SUV for India.

Engine

There is a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine available with a manual and a 7-speed DCT automatic transmission. The petrol engine gets the 48V mild-hybrid system with manual transmission. The diesel variants get the same 2.0-liter diesel engine with only manual transmission. The petrol engine produces a power of 142 Bhp and 250 Nm while the diesel engine generates a force of 170 PS and 350 Nm.

Exterior and Interior

The British Car brand hasn’t played much with the clean sheet design that will resemble the standard Car model. However, the removal of plastic from the main bumper and rear tailgate gives it a more legit inspect. The MG Hector Plus Car will feature a third row that increases its capacity to 6-passengers.

The new MG Hector Plus will have advantages like connected car technology, a 10.4-inch infotainment system, an Infinity sound system, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, and power front seats been carried over from the standard model. Safety features must include 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and an electronic stability control system.
