This show revolves around the world of serial killers and how governments have to go to extreme lengths to capture them. Mindhunter follows the journey of two FBI brokers as they try to understand and grab them by studying their damaged psyches. With an IMDb rating of 8.6/10 and the Tomatometer in 97 percent, the series is one of Netflix’s greatest hits.
Mindhunter has gone into the air for two seasons. And the fans are excited for the third time.
Will There Be A Third Season?
Netflix confirmed that the series was placed on indefinite hold. Almost two years have passed between the releases of seasons 1 and 2 of Mindhunter. David Fincher, famous for hits like Se7en, Zodiac, as well as The Sport, has set the series on hold to perform on his impending projects. The success of the first two seasons easily paves the way for 3. Therefore, if David decides to return to the show, it can happen in the summer of maybe or 2021 afterward.
