Cast
Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini stunned as Jen and Judy in season one dead ‘. The series is spun around their complex friendship, while both play their roles balancing the humor and mystery that looms through the series’ first time.
Applegate is returning after a long break to TV at a major part with’ Dead to Me,’ which will be her first TV series since’ Up All Night’ way back in 2012. The actor is famous for her roles in’Married With Children’ and Jesse’. Applegate is also well-known because of her position as Gwendolyn in 2016 big-screen release’Bad Moms’ and won the Emmy for her performance on the friends’ episode’s One’. For her performance on’Dead ‘, Applegate obtained a nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
Cardellini is known for her roles in the hit show freaks and Geeks’ (2000) and got an Emmy nomination for her role as Meg Rayburn in 2017 series’Bloodline’. She found recent victory in Oscar-winning green Book’ and Simple Favor’.
The series also stars James Marsden, Edward Asner, Sam McCarthy, Diana Maria Riva, and Max Jenkins. The show is expected to bring the cast for another season back.

‘Dead to Me’ is created and executive produced by Liz Feldman, who’s known for producing’One Big Happy’ starring Elisha Cuthbert. Feldman has composed for blue Collar TV’, ‘Hot at Cleveland’, The 79th, 86th and 87th Academy Awards,’2 Broke Girls’ and’ The Ellen DeGeneres Show’.
Will Ferrell, Jessica Elbaum, and Adam McKay also executive produce the series.
Plot
The official synopsis of the second season reads, “Jen (Christina Applegate), Judy (Linda Cardellini), and the lies that entwine them are back. Picking up in the aftermath of that bloody yard show, the pair that is irrepressible once again struggles to maintain their secrets. With a surprising new visitor in the town and Detective Perez (Diana Maria Riva) hot on their heels, Jen and Judy take extreme measures to protect their loved ones and each other – regardless of the cost.”
