An official release date of Sacred Games season 3 has not come from the web series makers, whereas the viewer’s expectation for the next season gets stronger following the second season won the Filmfare OTT celebrity.
Sacred Games Season 2 was acclaimed for its exquisite cinematography and background music. Sylvester Fonseca and Swapnil Sonavane have been awarded as the greatest cinematographers of the series in the FLYX Filmfare OTT Awards ceremony. Alokananda Dasgupta is awarded the ideal background music composer for the second season.
FLYX Filmfare OTT awards were announced on December 19, 2020. The award recognized and honored several actors, directors, cinematographers, editors, costume designers, etc. OTT films and series, which were aired on different varied streaming programs during the year.
Sacred Games is an Indian crime thriller web series based on Vikram Chandra’s 2006 novel of the same name. The vice president of Netflix, Erik Barmack came across Vikram Chandra’s 2006 crime novel, Sacred Games, while he had been searching for content in favor of Indian and the global audience. The show is subtitled in more than 20 languages. Additionally, Sacred Games is the only Indian series that appear in New York Times.
The next season left audiences with loads of cliffhangers and lovers are ardently waiting to receive those responses and explanations in Sacred Games Season 3. But Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has stated that there will not be the third year.
“Whatever had to be said from the first publication has already been stating. There’s nothing left…,” Nawazuddin Siddiqui opined.
In a recent interview with a media portal, the Bollywood actor, Saif Ali Khan explained he was not certain about the filming of Sacred games. The actor also expressed his thoughts the way he felt when he was asked to play in Sacred Games. He was conscious as Netflix has selected a product from the same genre the American-Colombian Narcos which has a global audience. Afterward, he learned a similar series would be made in India. However, he enjoyed playing the role of a Sardaar and sporting a turban.
Another actor played in the preceding seasons, will also be in confusion if Sacred Games Season 3 will occur. However, Pankaj Tripathi, who played Guruji in the previous two seasons, once demonstrated that he had finished his responsibilities towards the series.
“I’ve finished my talk of work. I have had a packed program. So, I have completed my duties and moved on since I’ve long outside programs,”” Pankaj Tripathi said.
