WHAT WAS IN TABOO SEASON 1 AND WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM THE NEXT SEASON?
Taboo Season 1 was released in UK on BB1 and it released in Us in FX January 2017 on 10. The following two seasons for this show was announced during the premiere of the season. Scott Free London and Hardy Son and Baker produces it. The series is about a character James Delaney played by Tom Hardy, who returns from Africa after twelve years to England with fourteen stolen diamonds with him, after the death of his father. It’s a Historical series reflecting upon London’s side and negative phase during the 19th century.
The following season is supposed to be Lorna, Atticus, Michael, and their companions, about the journey of James Delaney with his companions to America. The officials also have declared about the season that is going to be made after James reaches America after the second, which will be dealing with events.
Taboo Season 2 CAST IN THE NEXT SEASON
There’s no doubt that the protagonist celebrity Tom Hardy as James Delaney will be returning for the next season along with other such as Lorna Bow as Jessie Buckley, Mark Gatiss as Prince Regent, Stephan Graham as Atticus, David Hayman as Bace, Edward Hogg as Michael Godfrey, Jason Watkins as Solomon Coop and Nicholas Woodeson as Robert Thoyt. No other details about the cast revealed or has been declared.
Taboo Season 2 RELEASE DATE
The production of the following season was supposed to start by early 2018, but it did not happen as planned because the most important actor Tom Hardy who’s main the protagonist of the movie Venom as well, was busy shooting this movie, and so the shoot for another season of Taboo was postponed for the later. The shoot of the season has been already finished in 2019 however, the officials are yet to complete the finishing processes, which is being delayed because of this pandemic. It was anticipated although Taboo season would arrive in 2020’s mid, but seems like we have to wait till 2021.
