No, the Movie hasn’t published yet. The Movie is scheduled to be posted in the US on November 6, 2020, since the Movie in stage four of the MCU.
It was supposed to be released in the way back in May, but due to the same reasons every Movie has endured, the pandemic, the Movie’s release date was rescheduled.

The director Nick Fury has recently appointed her to keep an eye on The Avengers.
WHO IS THE VILLAIN IN THE BLACK WIDOW?
The Taskmaster is the figure, supposed to be born in New York City. He is the villain of The Black Widow. He’s got the abilities to mimic the bodily movements of anybody he witnesses.
Writers do not accept the fact that this is a superpower.
Taskmaster recovered himself with Horst Gorscht’s primer, which caused him to unlock his brain’s procedural memory potential. Knowledge can be gained by him immediately.
If the attempt requires a superhuman work taskmaster is not capable of duplicating the physical feat. By way of example, if he saw someone lifting immense weight, he can’t mimic that because his body isn’t capable of doing so.
