From the last episode of Season 3 it became apparent in the previous battle, the insecure effort of Rayla to kill Viren wasn’t effective as the protagonist Viven was revealed coming back into life.
So clearly, in Season 4, Viren could make an army to take over the dragons, but it could be interesting to check if this he’d be halted by Rayla and Callum or never.
