The Orville is a comedy-drama web series that was created by Seth MacFarlane and created by the Fuzzy Door Productions and 20th Century Fox Television.
It’s had two seasons until today, together with the first one. The second was released a year after, and both of them had adequate reviews. The first two seasons are available on the Fox channel.
The Plot of the series has been inspired a lot by the events of the first Star Trek franchise. The creator of the show, Seth MacFarlane, also plays the role of the lead protagonist, Ed Mercer.
Ed is an officer in the wing of space exploration of the Planetary Union. He and his team explore the world and uncover its profound secrets!
Even though the first season didn’t do as well, the next one was enough to compensate for this fact! That is most likely the reason the series was renewed for a season that would be published on Hulu.
Although the renewal of the series was announced back in 2019, no news about the Release Date
Has been revealed since then.
All we know is that the filming for the series was postponed as a result of COVID-19, and there’ll be a while until we get to observe the installment of this TV series.
A Trailer for the upcoming season hasn’t been announced as of yet, but one would probably come right after the release date is announced.
The Twist for the new season is expected to be much more or less the same as it was in the prior seasons. The main crew of USS Orville will surely be back, but apart from that, not much has been revealed.
