The Stranger is a thriller mystery series based on the novel of the identical name. It’s a British Netflix original mini-series. The series received great reviews from the critics largely because of its performances of the throw. But after the first season, everybody is wondering will the mystery series revived for the second season by Netflix?
Release Date
Season 1 of The Stranger was released on January 30, 2020. The show was a huge hit and is just one of Netflix’s top series.
Even though there is not any official reports period 2 of The Stranger, there are good chances of there not being a different year. Netflix has not renewed the series for another year which is a disappointment to fans.
Harlem Coben, the creation of the show said ‘We don’t think it is very good to have only one of those shows where they do not supply you all the answers, and you have to wait until year two until you receive it. This is a closed narrative. You have all the answers by the end, and the end is unexpectedly satisfying.’
There are not any reasons to believe there will be another season of The Stranger.
Plot
The show revolves around the life span of a happily married man, whose seemingly perfect life changes after having a stranger enters his life. This stranger is a stunning and young girl. She shares dark secrets to the man about his wife. The wife goes lost looking for the husband. As the story moves towards the end, all of the loopholes, the cliffhangers and suspense are solved. This gave the plot a complete and final ending.
This is just another reason why there may not be another season of The Stranger, at least for quite a very long time.
