The Carnival Row is a steampunk, urban fantasy, political drama aired on Amazon Prime Video. It has been created by Travis Beachman and Rene Echevarria. It is based on the movie script written by Travis Beachman called A Killing of Carnival Row. The first part debuted on 30th August 2019, and the second part is expected to come as announced in July 2019. The first part was released on 18th November 2016, and the second season is yet to come. The first part comprises 8 episodes with the running time of around 50 to 66 minutes each.
Rotten Tomatoes rated the show at 57%, but it has received an average audience score of 87%. Additionally, it was nominated for the Best Genre Series at the 2020 Satellite Awards. The mystery is solving and power dynamics make the show worth watching.

Carnival Row Season 2 Plot
The plot involves mythical characters who have left their home town, which had been hugely affected by the war. Further, it also emphasizes on the lives of different individuals and the problems they are combating. However, Rycroft Philostrate (human detective) and Vignette Stonemoss (refugee fairy) are the leading characters and the main attention remains on their lives. The mythical characters who fled, reunite in a city to reduce the agitation between immigrants and citizen population. The series revolves around the investigation of mysterious murders, thirst for power, love issues and societal differences which are causing unnecessary havoc in the city and become an obstacle to achieving a peaceful society and environment.
The first season received immense love and appreciation from fans and now they are eagerly waiting for the second season.
Carnival Row Season 2 Releasing Date
After the official announcement of another season, the shooting of the second season was in its early stage which had to be put on hold due to the pandemic. This has definitely caused delay in the original releasing date but we are sure that the second season will be released in 2021.
