The fans of Hollywood might feel a little disappointed with the news that we might not have another season of it. This could be evidenced by the views and statements made by the creator about the renewal. However, he has satisfied the fans with concluding the series with an end to all the story-lines.
THE VIEWS OF THE CREATORS IN REGARD WITH THE RENEWAL:
Ryan Murphy is the creator of this renowned series. He had planned to have Hollywood as a little series with a finite amount of episodes. He called it a ‘Miniseries.’ According to him, a MINISERIES is a full and robust path towards narration and exhibition of a plot.
So was there a hidden reason behind him making a miniseries? The answer to this is obviously ‘yes.’ The idea is that he feels that the miniseries possess an innate allure in them. This allows him to finish one and concentrate on other projects without being bothered about it.
He also wants to break out the cliché about the success of a series. The creator claims that a series needn’t necessarily have a set of twenty or more episodes to become successful. Instead, it’s the other factors that determine its success, such as the story, the acting, and conclusion of the plot, and so on.
Apart from these reasons, the creator has signed up the stars only for seven episodes. If the deal of this series was done for a few years, then obtaining such a fantastic cast wouldn’t have been possible.
However, Ryan fans can enjoy his other upcoming creations such as Ratched and Prom, which are expected soon.
CAN WE STILL EXPECT A RENEWAL?
Although the indications evidence a denial of renewal, there is still hope for a revival of Hollywood. Ryan says in an interview that there might be another season upcoming. Also, he has a special place in his heart for the cast of this series that currently possess only seven episodes. Also, the immense success and love of fans obtained by the round may end up changing the mind of the creator.
Looking at the previous cases, we already know that the miniseries like Big Little lies have got renewed and had been successful. The same might be expected with this series as well.
