In The Order season 2 finale, the mission to prevent the apocalypse and save Lilith (Devery Jacobs) in the Demon Realm came to a close. However, Alyssa Drake (Sarah Grey) was killed in the immediate wake. What happened to Alyssa was merely one of several game-changing events.
The ten-episode next season of the Netflix first series picked up where the season 1 finale left off, with the Knights of St. Christopher having their memories wiped by the purchase and all their possessions stolen. After giving up their hopes of getting their revenge and reluctantly regaining their memories, the Knights became embroiled in a conflict with an organization named Praxis, which consists of magic professionals who consider that magic should be available for everyone and became members of the Order. Their efforts to spread magic everywhere led to magic”eruptions” that threatened to result in an event, forcing the Order to do everything in their power to stop them.
Release Date
The Order season 2 is released on 18 June 2020 without any delay because the production of season 2 was finished in 2019 itself.
Plot
The First Season
In season 1, we saw Jack Morton being approved in the Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose along with Belgrave University. He unites the society to avenge his mommy and take down his estranged father- the society Edward Coventry’s leader. After learning of the use of dark magic in society, Jack joins a set the Knights of Saint Christopher- a society made up of werewolves who aim to shoot the Blue Rose down.
The Second Season
In season two, we find that the Knights of Saint Christopher stripped their own memories off. After regaining their memories, they had dropped because of The Order. They fight battles with another cult and another enemy with shocking revelations.
Cast
Jake Manley will reunite as Jack Morton with Sarah Grey as Alyssa Drake. Devery Jacobs as Lilith Bathory adam DiMarco as Randall Carpio and Thomas Elms as Hamish Duke are cast as regulars this season.
