As the name says, it’s apparent that the narrative revolves around two main characters. That is Alexa and Katie, two lifelong best friends. Who are there to begin their high school education but unexpectedly a struggle comes in their life. Alexa identified cancer, Katie affirms Alexa in this phase. What they did and how they faced this huge challenge of lifestyle without leaving each other. Yes, this series is based upon the way of their struggling with life.

Katie feels alone as Alexa is in hospital and getting care from her fellow cancer patients. During this Lori bakes a load of biscuits for a nurse who’s looking after Alexa.
This all has just been done to bribe the physicians of this hospital, so they treat Alexa more effectively.
Till now, there is no confirmation regarding the release date of the fourth season of this show.
On the other hand, the makers have released the third season in 2 halves. The first half of this season of the series has broadcasted. However, the second half to the show is yet to become disclosed. Alexa and Katie’s Season 3 has been released on Netflix on 30 December 2019 in eight episodes from its entirety. Here are your things.
Part 1 part 2 will follow suit. By the speculations this season next part, i.e. Alexa and Katie’s Season 4 is supposedly on how to broadcast in June 2020 sometime. But there’s a high possibility that programmers of the series will delay the launch date. As a result of global pestilence and will be streamed in 2021.
