BattRe electric scooter: “gps:ie” available at amazon…

BattRE Electric Mobility launched its “internet-connected” electric scooter- “gps:ie”. It’s an electric scooter that has a sim card and can be accessed through a smartphone-based application. It will be available at more than 50 dealer locations across Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh as well on online marketplace Amazon, the company said in a release.

Gps:ie has a 30Ah lithium-ion battery pack that offers a range of 80 km in a single charge. The two-wheeler has an IP 67 rated Powerful BLDC Hub motor, which gives it a top speed of 43 km/h. The scooter comes with a lot of features like such as remote immobilization, geofencing, secure parking, etc. Setting a speed lock would push alerts whenever the speed limit is crossed. This scooter is a lightweight vehicle, it charges up to 80% in just 30 minutes.  When the surrounding have been cleaned up, the world could bend towards electric vehicles.
