BMW Alpina XB7 launching on 19 May

After being spotted since November last year,2021 BMW Alpina XB7 had grabbed a lot of hype. Now with the debut date announced, on 19 May, the curtains will be unveiled.

With Alpina, BMW will dig deep into the SUV segment. Since X7, the evolution of this beasty humongous series, we might get the quickest variant with XB7.

With no such officials release of photos of Alpina, the spy shot showed the new variant in camo testing on the tarmac of Nurburgring. The cues showed horizontal slats in the front fascia, multi-spoke wheels, and quad-exhaust tips.

Rumors are that Alpina XB7 will be the first-ever that makes every journey a first-class adventure and delivers a genuine, high-performance ALPINA driving experience.

With crossover, hints of Alpina tuning, the engine will be surely a 600 horsepower 4.4-liter V-8 found in the regular X7 M50i and other BMW cars that Alpina got its little tuning fingers on. The features installed on the X series will surely make this SUV eye candy. Alpina’s X7 will be gasoline-powered if announced as XB7 or will be a diesel-powered one if announced as XD7.  But nothing can be said until the forthcoming web launch on 19th May.

The X7 which was the most popular flagship SUV of BMW was tight-packed with a 340 horsepower petrol engine which took 7-seconds to rev-up from 0-100km/hr on straight. Alpina’s XB7 would be an upgrade to power and luxury as BMW loves to pamper its customers.

The price tag on this SUV will easily surpass 100,000 dollars which is a lot more than it’s baby sister BMW X7 2020.
