The BMW Design i4, and its version of the production, is a Bimmer I’m personally enthusiastic about. For the last six years, I have been driving the BMW i3 and I love it. Especially because driving is realistic and fun, and secondly because it has an optional Range Extender.
So it’s fair to say I am fascinated by any hybrid BMW. And surely the BMW i4 is one of them because it ticks some boxes for me:
Yet sadly, until early 2022, the U.S. market won’t get the BMW i4, so there’s plenty of time to agonize about it. Picking the right paint for the BMW i4 would definitely be at the top of my list as well. My i3 models were either boring (white), black (safe) or red (flashy).
I’ll be more likely to go the bold or flashy road again with the BMW i4 because it’s such a polarizing car. Due to that enormous kidney grille.
So we asked g20.bimmerpost’s Nahlem to encourage us to post some BMW Concept i4 photos in various colors. Austin Yellow, Sapphire Black, Alpine White, silver and another black were his choices. Of course, there’s also the frozen light copper color option launched on the i4 model.
Of all the pictures posted here, I am inclined to pick the silver one at this moment. Mainly because the silver color accentuates the form patterns, and you can see the creases of the car even more than those of other colors.
The color palette of the BMW i4 will definitely be quite diverse, and we plan to be part of the give a mixture of secure and colorful colors. Perhaps even an individual BMW option.
