The upcoming Suzuki Gixxer 250 BS6 will draw the same amount of strength as its predecessor according to the leaked brochure. The business has, however, marginally modified the engine which now producing lower torque than the outgoing iteration.
The BS6 Gixxer 250 remains unchanged in its total aspect. The range remains 2010 mm, 805 mm in width and 1035 mm in height. The motorcycle’s wheelbase and ground clearance were 1340 mm, and 165 mm respectively. The seat height will be 800 mm on the motorcycle while the kerb weight will be 156 kg.
On the BS6 edition, the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 is aesthetically unchanged.
The new Gixxer 250, seen on the BS4 model, will be powered by the same 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine, but is now compatible with BS6. The engine can output 26 bhp at 9,300 rpm, instead of 9,000 rpm. Additionally, instead of 7,500 rpm, the significantly decreased peak torque of 22.2 Nm would kick-in at 7,300 rpm. The six-speed gearbox will take from the BS4 edition right away.
This also remains a fresh edition, since the Gixxer 250 launched in August 2019. Therefore, no cosmetic changes can make in the BS6 model. The motorcycle will also be packed with features such as full-LED headlight, 41 mm telescopic forks, full-digital instrument panel, dual seating, upright riding posture, an LED taillight, dual-channel ABS and many more.
