Cable Girls (Spanish: Las chicas del cable) is a Spanish period drama web television series produced by Netflix. It has been developed as a series of five seasons, and the very first season premiered on April 28, 2017. The first half of the final and fifth season was released on Netflix on February 14, 2020.
This part of Spain’s best online drama series will be released on July 3 of this year. It’s defined as aired as five episodes, such as Part 1, which was aired on February 14. The series’ creators have not reported any issues which happened due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is a relief to them. So the last five episodes will be published officially declared.

The Cable Girls is the story of 4 women in Spain, set in the 1920s. It is a plot that revolves around these girls’ lives as they become Modern Telecommunications Company at Madrid opened. It tries to reveal in the era that it is set, the hardships of girls through the connections of the women with their families, spouses, and memories, and a budding friendship among themselves in. It brings out the restrictions on the rights of girls in society.
Part 1 of year 5 ended with the return of Linda to Spain, searching for the daughter. Madrid had fallen into the hands of the nationalists. The Spanish Civil War had begun, and its implications will most likely be revealed in Part 2. Part 2 will explore these girls’ connections as they are tattered from the war, and they collectively overcome the devastation.
As has been rumored as Season 5 will be the last of those seasons, there will be no season 6. But, the Cable Girls will always remain in the hearts of people.
The series has a whooping! Netflix has not existed for very long. However, this series has already become a nostalgia, where Netflix is going to be remembered by future generations.
