Titans Season 3: Season 3 of DC Universe’s Titans will be introducing the lovers with some substantial changes. New characters are coming into the DC superhero drama.
When the DC Universe streaming service was launched in 2018, Titans was launched that received favorable reviews from the audience. The second season left the fans clamoring for more. With the show’s renewal for the third season, big secrets have been spilled out from the executive producer Greg Walker and the cast members.
One of the most significant announcements must be coming up for the three heroes — Dr. Jonathan Crane, Barbara Gordon, and the Red Hood.
Curran Walters, who plays the role of Jason Todd, will probably be eventually seen getting the Red Hood in comic book continuity. He’ll use this title to take revenge on his old group because he had a significant fallout and had gone on his own at the end of the season.
We will be introduced with Barbara Gordon, Batgirl, as the Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department. Just like her father Jim Gordon, she’ll be aware of the Titan’s presence and their motion from San Francisco to Gotham City to confront new challenges.
Dr. Jonathan Crane, known as Villainous Scarecrow, will be exhibited as an inmate in Arkham Asylum. He’ll also be needing another career as a profiler for the GCPD.
The critical, creative team made up of Greg Berlanti, Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, Sarah Schechter, Greg Walker, and Richard Hatem will raise the stakes on their superheroes and their city inhabits. The casting news of Gordon and Crane hasn’t yet been revealed.
When season 3 was announced, DC Universe stated that Titans could premiere in fall 2020. However, filming is to begin. Due to the whole coronavirus pandemic situation, the production is hampered. Writers are diligently working for another outing. So considering the delays, the release date will be pushed to sometime in 2021.
