Legends of Tomorrow season 5 ended with something unexpected occurring to Sara Lance, with no explanation as to why only she was affected.
Legends of Tomorrow’s season 5 finale finished with a gorgeous twist, as staff leader Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) was abducted by aliens. This raised two queries; who are these aliens and why did they only take Sara instead of the whole Legends team?
Legends of Tomorrow year 5 have seen Sara Lance go through a number of large changes in the aftermath of Crisis on Infinite Earths. Besides coping with her job as the Paragon of Destiny and the passing of her ex-lover Oliver Queen, Sara had to face a change in the energy dynamic of her relationship with her girlfriend Ava Sharpe, as Ava found herself unemployed and adrift after the dissolution of this Time Bureau. Sara needed to handle a prophetic superpower following a struggle with the Greek goddess Atropos along with the unexpected development of blindness. The events of Legends of Tomorrow’s season 5 finale, “Swan Thong,” saw Sara apparently returned to normal, since the departure of Atropos cut-off Sara’s link to the divine energies that blessed her with foresight in the cost of her eyesight.
This is Arrowverse, where reappear at a certain stage and then characters have a tendency to go, so there is no reason.
Richardson-Sellers initially combined the series in year 2 as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen, who had been a part of the Justice Society of America in the 1940s. She took on the role of Charlie in season 4. Before this season, Charlie’s secret was disclosed that she was the Greek goddess Clotho.
