Frontier is a Canadian historical drama television series co-created by Brad Peyton, Rob Blackie, and Peter Blackie, chronicling the North American fur Trade in 18th Century Canada’s Land, sometime between the years of 1763 and 1779. The series is co-produced by Discovery Canada, as the channel’s first original scripted commission, and Netflix.
Its first season got released on 6 November 2016 and got a 50% rating from Rotten Tomatoes, the second season released on 18 October 2017, and got a 100% rating. The third season 7 December 2018 and got 82% from Rotten Tomatoes.
After Season 3 of Frontier, the fans were all waiting for an update as the previous season was a great success.

Renewal Of Season 4
Jason Momoa announced that the Frontier returns with its Season 4. He has played the role of Declan Harp. He has also posted on his social media account about season 4 saying “Season 4 is gonna get dark”.
But according to the media report, there prevails a report that Season 4 has been called off. And there is no official announcement from Netflix.
Frontier Season 4 Plot
The third season of the show had elevated a lot of the first season’s plots, as Declan Harp struggled at first to survive from his injuries. Michael believes they can undertake a risky criminal enterprise by stealing a lot of fur pelts from the Hudson Bay Company after Harp makes a deal to sell it to Mrs. Currathers.
Frontier Season 4 Cast
The cast has not been confirmed by the makers but we can expect to see Jason Momoa as Declan Harp, Alun Armstrong as Lord Benton, Landon Liboiron as Michael Smyth, Zoe Boyle as Grace Emberly, Jessica Matten as Sokanon and Shawn Doyle as Samuel Grant.
Release Date Of Season 4
There has been no official announcement of season 4 and everyone’s waiting to have some solidified information through Netflix for the same.
Momoa has also posted a story on his social media account stating “Rest in peace Declan.” Hence this gives a half confirmation to the audience that there would be no season 4.
Fans have to wait until the creators confirm the release of season 4.
