Hanania Automotive Group, headquartered in Jacksonville, has acquired a dealership at Palm Coast, and this extends its operation in Northeast Florida. The package encompasses the Flagler Chrysler dodge jeep ram store at 5925 E. Highway 100.
The store is currently in business as Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Palm Coast. It provides customers in the region with new and used vehicles in the greater network of Hanania.
Hanania Moves into Flagler County
This purchase marks the group’s entry into Flagler County. The company already has several locations in nearby St. Augustine, including dealerships for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Buick, GMC, and Chevrolet.
CEO Jack Hanania said the Palm Coast site had been on the company’s radar for years.
“It makes sense for us because it is our next market,” he said.
The store was owned by the Miller family before the sale. Details of the deal were not made public. Hanania said a nondisclosure agreement prevented the release of pricing or contract terms.
Operations Under New Ownership Begin Immediately
Hanania confirmed that the location is now fully part of the company’s dealership group. Customers can expect access to a wider selection of vehicles, service options, and support from the group’s existing systems.
“The Miller family has served this area well, and we look forward to continuing that legacy of service,” said Jack Hanania.
He added that the goal is to bring more options and better access to drivers in Palm Coast and surrounding areas.
The team at the Palm Coast location will work closely with other dealerships in the group. This helps ensure parts availability, faster vehicle sourcing, and shared resources across locations.
Company Growth Reaches New Markets
Hanania Automotive Group started in 1998 and now operates 19 locations across Florida, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. It also owns a collision center in Orange Park, Florida.
The group continues to grow by adding locations that match its long-term plans.
“It’s a good play for us to continue our great service and reputation into Flagler County,” said Hanania.
He did not confirm if more deals are underway but said the company stays active in reviewing new markets. For now, the focus is on building a strong presence in Palm Coast.
Sales and service operations are currently available at the new location.
