Harley-Davidson Delivering her Bike at Home, Order This Way

The automobile companies facing the lockdown are taking new measures to bring the business back on track. After the country’s major automobile manufacturers, Mahindra & Mahindra, motorcycle manufacturing company Harley-Davidson has started the direct home supply of bikes because of the lockdown implemented in the country due to Coronavirus epidemic. The company gave its information on Friday. The company said in a statement that it has started home delivery of the bike along with extending the time limit for the termination of warranty services.

The company said, “This will allow customers to contact the nearest dealer through the dealer locator after viewing various models of Harley-Davidson on HD.com.” After this, customers can talk about the purchase and payment with the dealer. Home delivery will be free within a radius of 40 km from the dealer store. Home delivery outside this radius will have to pay an extra charge per kilometer. ”

Harley-Davidson Managing Director (Asia Emerging Markets and India) Sajeev Rajasekharan said, “It is important for brands like us to stay in touch with customers and people who are passionate about experiences. We have started several campaigns to keep their spirits up, ”he said. Under these measures, it has been decided to extend the warranty for 30 days to customers whose product warranty expires during lockdown.
