You’ll definitely wanna get your hands on this limited edition Vespa 946 Christian Dior, which celebrates the common founding of two brands.
Christian Dior launched his eponymous couture house and Piaggio released the very first Vespa. And the two brands joined hands for this limited edition scooter, instead of opening a bottle of champagne. Classic rich brands…
The scooter is based on the Vespa 946 which first came out of veil in 2012, Milan, the Christian Dior has been designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, Creative Director of Dior women’s collections.
So what’s different?
Well, the light color with the gold touches shines so brightly. The seat is a real blue-leather with ton sur ton seams; the handles are covered with blue- leather and the seams are ton sur ton( tone on tone). The saddle support is a “Dior Monogram” original fabric upholstery. The right side of the scooter gets a “Christian Dior Paris” logo, although on the left side there is the possibility to personalize it.
A top case patterned with the Dior Oblique motif – designed by Marc Bohan in 1967 – is specially designed to be fixed on the luggage rack, adding a distinctive allure.
The main things now, the engine powering is a single-cylinder 125cc, 3-valve, air-cooled engine with electronic injection. This gushes out a power of 11.6 hp and 10.7 Nm torque.
