Anime collection High School DxD is coming back with its fifth season. Thankfully, that isn’t the situation, Though there were rumors regarding the cancellation of the new season.
High School DxD is based on the light novels of the identical title by Ichiei Ishibumi in a world where angels, devils, and fallen angels have a constant struggle with each other. It started airing on the Japanese anime television network. High School DxD follows the adventures of Issei Hyodo, a high school student who gets killed on his first date by Yuuma Amano, who is a fallen angel, Raynare. A devil, rias Gremory, revive Issei. As an angel killed him, Rias resurrect as a devil him, and in the process, she becomes his new master.
Passione, the Japanese animation studio behind High School DxD, is only going to work on a single anime. They made the anime”Z/X Code Reunion” in 2019 and is set to produce”Project [B.B]” next. So that means season five of High School DxD may drop either in late 2020 or early 2021, and the show will end with the sixth season.
Director Yoshifumi Sueda has already finalized what to place in the sequel. High School DxD season five will last the”Hero Oppai Dragon” story arc from year four. Season four bound volumes 9 and 10 from the books, and also, the season will follow sizes 11 and 12.
The story starts with the start of the Middle-Class Promotion Test and Issei, Akeno, and Kiba. Koneko has seen the closeness of Issei and Rias and will begin to behave responsibly. The story gets more interesting when Azazel brings Ophis along with the leader of Khaos Brigade to the Hyoudou Residence.
The studio will follow the narrative of manga for season five attentively and will not repeat the past mistake of year three if the anime veered away from the source material. Fans can easily be displeased when animes don’t stay faithful.
