The Honda Digital Motorcycle Exhibit will showcase 29 two-, including the CT125 moped, on the company’s website.
Despite COVID-19 causing both the Tokyo Motor Show and the Osaka Motor Show to postponed. Honda will be launching the CT125 online alongside a range of other products it was hoping to display. So, the online show dubbed the Honda Digital Motorcycle Show and set for March 27, 2020.
Along with the unveiling of the CT125. The Japanese manufacturer will unveil the as-yet-unseen version of the CBR250RR. So, with a new color scheme and the Super Cub 110 Special Edition.
The CT125 was identified as the CT125 Hunter Cub on the website, and it looks like this will the official name for the forthcoming moped. It sees at the Tokyo Motor Show last year in near-production-ready shape. Recent patent photographs have shown that the finished design is nearly similar to the sample displayed.
Although it does not look like this, at first sight, closer inspection will show that the CT125 designed to have some off-road capabilities.
The steel front fender, the high-mounted exhaust, and the air intake duct demonstrate that it should be able to survive any difficult use. Honda named it a “trekking bike” which packed. With functions that encourage the rider to enjoy it outdoors.
CT125 will only launch at the start of Japan. And will eventually find its way to other foreign markets in the coming months.
It is extremely doubtful that it will make its way to India in the immediate future. However, we might see the Japanese maker throwing in any of the other versions it offers at an online event.
