Kawasaki has finally launched its Ninja 650 superbike in India with a BS6 engine. It has been priced from Rs 6.45 lakh to Rs 6.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company may begin the delivery of the bike in February.
The Kawasaki Ninja 650 is being manufactured in India. The new BS6 Ninja 650 has twin LED headlight and taillight, while the bike will also get a 4.3-inch digital TFT instrument cluster. This bike has a new cowl, windshield and new passenger seat. Dunlop’s new Sportmax tires go a long way in maintaining an excellent grip on the road.
This bike has a telescopic fork at the front while mono-shock suspension at the rear. In terms of safety, dual frontal disc brakes were included in the front while single petal disc brakes were added at the rear.
This bike is powered by a 649 cc twin cylinder BS6 engine that produces 68 PS power at 8000 rpm and 64 Newton meter torque. For transmission, the bike has a 6-speed gearbox.
The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 15 liters. The company claims that a lot of improvements have been made to the engine of this bike due to which its mileage is estimated to be 25 km / l.
