It is being said in media reports that the company can launch Mahindra XUV700 in July this year. However, no official information has been revealed about this yet.
Being a premium SUV, the new Mahindra XUV700 gets many advanced features like ADAS (Advanced Driver Support System), Automatic Emergency Braking, Dual Display Unit for Touchscreen Infotainment System and Digital Instrument Cluster, Power Adjustable Driver Seat. can. Talking about engine and power, it will get a 2.2-liter diesel unit that will be capable of generating 153 bhp and 360 Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, there will also be an option of a 2.0-liter mStallion turbocharged petrol engine that will generate 188 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. The special thing is that the XUV700 could be equipped with a new hybrid powertrain or plug-in hybrid technology, or it could also come with an all-electric powertrain option. After the launch, the XUV700 will compete with the Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, and the upcoming Hyundai Alcazar.
