KTM recently introduced a new variant of its adventure bike KTM 250 Adventure in India. The new KTM 250 Adventure has been made available at a price of Rs 2.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure has been introduced in two new color options, KTM Electronic Orange and KTM Factory Racing Blue. KTM 250 Adventure is an entry-level adventure motorcycle available for sale in India.
KTM India is offering easy finance options for this bike with special EMIs starting at Rs.6,300. No technical changes have been made in the new KTM 250 Adventure. The bike is powered by the same 248cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC, four-valve engine as before.
The KTM 250 Adventure comes with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear cast alloy wheels. It gets upside-down telescopic forks with 170 mm of travel at the front and a 10-step preload adjustment mono-shock suspension setup with 177 mm of travel at the rear. The bike gets 320 mm ByBre disc brakes at the front and 230 mm at the rear. Apart from this, Bosch 9.1 MB dual-channel ABS has been given with off-road mode.
The bike gets a full digital LCD instrument cluster on which information about the speedometer, odometer, gear indicator, fuel indicator, mileage and ABS indicator is available. The bike has a select button to turn on/off the ABS.
The KTM 250 Adventure is built on a trellis frame which makes the bike lighter and also provides strength and better balance. The bike gets an engine radiator, engine guard, split seat and transparent windscreen at the front.
The KTM Adventure 250 is an affordable adventure bike that has been launched in the Indian market against the Royal Enfield Himalayan and the BMW G 310 GS. In India, the company has launched the new generation KTM RC 125, RC 200 and 390 Adventure only last year. The company expects that Adventure 250 will help the company increase its sales in the middle-weight segment.
KTM India has listed the new generation RC 390 (RC 390) on its official website. According to the information, the company will launch this bike in India this year. The new generation KTM RC 390 looks similar to other motorcycles in the RC series. Compared to the older KTM RC 390, this new supersport motorcycle has got a complete makeover in terms of design and it also weighs around 7 kg less than its predecessor.
In terms of design, the new RC 390 gets a new layout for the front headlamps that includes an all-new all-LED set-up with LED headlight, turn indicators and DRLs. It also gets a new windshield which provides wind protection and improves the aerodynamics of the motorcycle.
The new KTM RC 390 is based on an entirely new designed frame. The appearance of the new generation bike has been improved a lot as compared to the earlier. Sporty body panels have been used to enhance the visual appeal in the bike.
This bike has also been updated in terms of features. Now it gets a Bluetooth-enabled TFT instrument display which is equipped with features like music control, call / SMS alerts and turn navigation. Riders will be able to control music playback and phone calls on the go using their new switchgear.
