The famous Canadian comedy show Letterkenny, which has kept its viewers entertained with its amazing and (almost) never-ending eight continuous seasons, is also about to make its ninth season. The makers of the show confirmed that, the show is going to have a total of around 70 episodes, which is not yet completed by the eight seasons. So, we can very well and confidently say that there will definitely be season 9 or even season 10 too. Let us know the plot, cast, and release date of the ninth season.
CAST
The cast for the previous seasons will definitely return and they are Jared Keeso (Wayne), Nathan Dales ( Dary), Michelle Mylett (Katy), K. Trevor Wilson (Squirrelly dan), Dylan Playfair (Reilly), Andrew Herr (Jonesy), and Tyler Johnston (Stewart). Other than that Devon will be played by Alexander De Jordy, and the role of Mr. and Mrs. McMurry will be played by Dan Petronijevic and Melanie Scrofano, respectively.
PLOT
The show is the story about the residents of Letterkenny, who belong to either of the three groups, those are Hicks, Skids, and Hockey Players. It can be witnessed that the three groups often have disputes among themselves and most often even get indulged in fights, which doesn’t end up good.
The ninth season is expected to show the grown-up individuals of the three groups and also their neverending fights and challenges among themselves. The plot is expected to be written by now but isn’t yet revealed and we can expect it soon.
RELEASE DATE
After the release of the eighth season in 2019, S9 was also expected soon, but the pandemic has caused the tour to be at a halt and no news as such the release date has been out yet.
Until then viewers have to rewatch the previous seasons on Hulu and wait for the good news to come soon.
