Lucifer is a fantasy series developed by Tom Kapinos. It first aired on January 25, 2016.
This show is about a man called Lucifer Morningstar who owns a nightclub, Lux. Afterward, he is disclosed as the devil, king of Hell. He abandons Hell and comes to Los Angeles, where he joins LAPD for a consultant.
Lucifer then partners with detective Chloe Decker and a supporting. He begins helping her, and he falls in love with her as time passes. She is a divorcee mom and operates full time.
Lucifer doubts that she is somebody that his father set up for him, and he was bound to fall in love with her because of his dad. He confesses his love to her. The narrative takes a twist when his identity is revealed facing her. Then, she tells him she is loved by him and takes him.
The last season ended returning Hell, leaving behind Chloe. There were a lot of questions in the heads of their crowd when the season ended.
Everybody was wondering if season 5 is happening or not. It had been received with emotion since it was that this would be the last season when they confirmed the season.
The throw will remain the same as the previous year, i.e., Tom Ellis, Kevin Alejandro, Lauren German, D.B. Woodside, Scarlett Estevez, and Lesley-Ann Brandt. We might see some new faces.
There is no fixed date declared yet, but there are opportunities of 2020 release along with all the episodes coming. Since everything was delayed due to the pandemic, we can not be sure.
The show was supposed to have ten episodes, but Netflix extended it till chapter 16. The final season is supposed to release in two parts, like other Netflix series BoJack Horseman.
