Netflix ‘Dead to Me season 2’ Cast, Plot And Trailer

If, like millions around the planet, you devoured the first season of Dead, we have great news: the Netflix series is returning for a second season.

The comedy starring Linda Cardellini and Christina Applegate is about two women who develop close after meeting at a counseling session.

Jen Harding’s (Applegate) husband has been murdered in a hit-and-run, while Judy Hale (Cardellini) is trying hard to come to terms with the loss of her baby.

But as it ends up that Judy is harboring a dark secret, all is not as it seems, and it’s merely a matter of time before the truth reveals itself.

As the season is coming, here’s everything you need to know – and, naturally, there is one spoiler ahead.

Netflix has verified that Dead to Me will return on Friday, May 8, 2020.

Confirming the information, Netflix revealed a stunning new poster to the series, with Applegate and Cardellini pictured submerged holding glasses of wine which contain what looks like blood.

This past year together with Applegate submitting a photograph of the two celebrities on Twitter, Linda Cardellini and Christina Applegate are verified to be returning for two.

With season one end with the death of James Marsden’s character Steve, it is unconfirmed if he will be returning -.

Natalie Morales has united season two at a recurring role as Michelle.

Season two will pick up following the shocking cliffhanger at the end of season one, which revealed Jen and Judy standing over the dead body of Judy’s husband Steve, with Jen responsible for shooting him.

With year one dealing with the revelation that Judy and Steve drove the car that killed Jen’s husband Ted, the new season will probably find Judy and Jen bound over the new passing.

While the cliffhanger end shocked viewers, show creator Liz Feldman has warned that the end may not be as it appears.
