Next-gen BMW X1 was spotted under heavy camouflaged

We heard that someone spotted the next-gen BMW X1 and here we are with all we now.

The vehicle was spotted under some heavy camouflage. Looks like BMW is trying to hide something very special from us. Thanks to Motor 1 we had some pictures of the same. The camo-BMW made it hard to even figure out the company’s grille design. It is smaller, at least compared to the BMW 4-series kidney grille design. The headlights were moving towards the doors rather than those horizontal sharp eyes.

There’s no evidence of hard creases or significant sculpting. The fasteners are visible for the covering over the rear pillar, which tells us that there’s something back there that the company doesn’t yet want the world to see.

The engine details are still a mystery. But we saw a larger spoiler at the back of the crossover. It was fitted with the third taillight as well.  it. The size of the window seems rather small vertically, making us wonder about rearward visibility. Below the glass, there’s a prominent step in the hatch, and it seems like a portion of the taillights might go here. The rest of the lamps wrap around the side. There are no cutouts in the bumper to show the exhausts.

BMW might also introduce electric or hybrid powertrain for the next-gen X1. For now, we know, there will be a fully electric iX1 with slightly different styling but the same underpinnings.
