Nissan teased the new 400Z, a couple of weeks ago, and somehow we missed on such an important new. No worries already fired a few.
The short teaser might be a teaser to the complete new lineup by the company for the coming years. The video include the hinted 400Z, pickup truck, crossover, SUV, and about 7-8 more vehicles. They ran together as if holding hands throttling side by side.
Nissan’s upcoming 400Z had daytime running lights in circular headlights housing. The bodyline hugely reassembled the old-gen 370Z. Upon launch, the new sports car might get fitted with a turbo 3.0-liter V6 (said to pump out 298kW/475Nm) under the bonnet driving, of course, the rear wheels.
That’s not all, we have spotted many new Nissan badged vehicles testing before launching. This includes Nissan Qashqai, a revamped Rogue Sports for the US. America might be missing out on the next-gen Roge Sport, but it will be replaced by Qashwai, third-gen. Nissan will begin focusing on electric vehicles instead, using two new hybrid systems.
One is suspected to be the company’s ePower system that pairs a gasoline engine with batteries and an electric motor. The other could be a plug-in hybrid system relying on Mitsubishi’s experience in the arena. Other gasoline engines will likely feature mild-hybrid setups to increase efficiency.
First being spotted and then being teased by pictures. This is the style Nissan uses to tease us with its new vehicles. The platform of the new Rogue Sport is likely to be an updated version of the current model’s CMF modular design. It will be fitted with a next-generation infotainment system which will be powered by Google’s Android operating system.
Till now, we know that the 2.0-liter inline-4 good for 141 horsepower might power the vehicle with hybrid assistance, a mild one though. This is all from the spied pictures.
Then the official teaser from Nissan showed an identical-looking car set to debut this upcoming Monday, June 15 at 9 A.M. EDT. The split headlight designs with DRLs were appealing. The return of the V-Motion grille was also teased in the new teaser. The upcoming Rogue might have a 2.5-liter inline-four engine. This will spin to produce 180 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. The continuing use of CVT will bless the 2021 Rogue too. And the model is hinted to give a 30 mpg of fuel efficiency.
Let’s fold our hands and wait for Nissan to start with the launch.
