PORSCHE: A Porsche 911 And A Taycan Rolls On Frozen Lake

The Porsche Ice Force Pro Experience is more than providing grounds for the new Porsche drivers. Unlike most of the experience that Porsche offers are all over the world. Ice Force Pro is different in parts because it’s located 110 miles north of the Arctic circle in a place known as Levi, Finland. It is a 76-acre plot of frozen awesomeness that lets you test your driving skills and drifting skills in the snow.

So it lets you do it in a range of Porsche models. Porsche models ranging from the 911 Carrers, 911 GT3, and Taycan. However, Carfection recently took a trip to the Ice Force Pro. The trip was just before the global quarantine shut almost everything down. The trip was just to see what it’s like to drive and drift Porsche models. Especially for Taycan with studded tires, in an environment that’s as white as cotton.

Something Great About Porsche’s Ice Force Pro:

First, about the location, the track is located in Finland Arctic Circle. Snow and ice are everywhere as far as the eyes can see.

When it comes to the location for the testing program, this one sits on top of the list. You’re not just driving Hondas and Toyotas here. You’re driving Porsche and there are so many of them to choose from.

Carfection mentioned that our first hand when they took the trip to the trip northmost part of the world to take driving shenanigans in the snow. While the condition ripe for some great driving fun. Carfection took a stab to drive a Porsche 911 Carrera 4S, a 911 GT3, and yes, the all-electric Taycan.

However, the experience of driving all three Porsche models was not lost on the presenter. He especially loved driving all-electric Taycan for a spin. So in part to learn if it may handle itself in the track as well as gas-powered counterparts.
