Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black, photo series by well-known photographer Mark Riccioni

Introduction

The Black Badge Cullinan lineup of Rolls-Royce boasts of its newest member, The Cullinan. The already impressive Cullinan has a new elegant expression and more power. The Black Badge Cullinan will star in a new photo series by well-known photographer Mark Riccioni set in Los Angeles titled “King of the Night.” It is the matter of fact that Riccioni also snapped a Magma Red Back Badge Dawn for Rolls-Royce in Tokyo for another series of drooling images.

Features

The series catches the SUV with several of Los Angeles’ automotive subculture hot spots. These include lowriders, rat rod Ford, tuned imports, bobbers and hogs. To help Riccioni with the project, Rolls-Royce’s engineers and designers created a special ‘Recreation Module’ to house all his gear, which included a DJI Mavic Mini drone, a 12.9-inch Apple iPad Pro, a 16-inch Apple MacBook Pro, Sennheiser PXC550 MkII noise-canceling headphones, Persol PO3225-S sunglasses, Supreme clothing, and a water bottle. Upon asking his choices for the series Riccioni quoted “I selected each subculture because it shares the philosophies that inform the creation of a Black Badge Rolls-Royce. The photo series will be exhibited at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Beverly Hills next month.

The SUV matches to its Black Badge siblings, The Dawn, Wraith, and Ghost with hand-polished paint covers, darkened Spirit of Ecstasy finished in high gloss-black chrome, matching darkened chrome on surfaces like the front grille surround, side frame finishes. The Black Badge Cullinan also gets 22-inch wheels in a silver and black two-tone finish. The SUV used for the shoot packs the same 592-hp twin-turbo V-12 as other Cullinans, but sports a special Forge Yellow leather interior that pops against the jet-black cabin and fiber-optic, light-up celestial headliner.
