Ryan Reynolds Is Busy Working Throughout The Lockdown On Deadpool 3

The Coronavirus crisis across the world has put Marvel Studios on the backfoot. The superhero movie production home was set to kick the Marvel Cinematic Universe phase 4 with Black Widow off this summer. But change the calendar, and they had to postpone their strategies. It’s been reported that Ryan Reynolds is busy working throughout the lockdown on Deadpool 3. At the same time, MCU fans can’t wait to see the Scarlett Johansson starrer and hear more about other projects in the pipeline.

The Merc with a Mouth was roped into MCU following Disney and Fox deal. This past year, Reynolds has seen Marvel Studios’ office hinting that they talked Deadpool 3. It’s now rumored that the celebrity wants the superhero to play a more significant part.

In case a report by WeGotThisCovered is to be considered, the celebrity is allegedly worried that the R-Rated tag of Deadpool could impact Wade Wilson’s position in MCU. Sources told the global outlet that Reynolds is”concerned” if Deadpool 3 is labeled R-rated in the Mouse House. Marvel might”confine him to his corner of the MCU in a bid to keep the character’s longer adult-orientated antics separate from the remainder of the family-friendly roster.”

The actor is reportedly”pushing” to get Deadpool’s participation in MCU’s broader scheme of things. He hopes the character functions as a”major player in the franchise, crossing with the other personalities and being a part of this big event arcs,” the report states. Another report from the entertainment portal asserts Avengers: Kevin Feige wants endgame authors to pen Deadpool 3. It was previously hinted that Reynolds wanted to bring Paul Wernick and the OG authors Rhett Reese on board of Deadpool 3. But, Feige wants individuals who have experience of coping with MCU to pen the script. He is”seriously considering drafting” Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely for the writing responsibilities.
