The third installment of the Star Trek franchise can be expected soon. The Trek fans can rejoice watching the new season with full enthusiasm. The renewal will soon result in the premiere of this season.
WHAT PLOT CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE NEW SEASON?
As far as the plot of the new season is considered, we might expect it to tie a loose connection with its previous season. The second season left behind the story of Spock unrevealed. The creators would be seen to take his story up in the upcoming season to create the plot relevant. The concept of being able to have a look on the future is given life through this show. It takes us 930 years forward in time to show us the happenings of the future. This season would be expected to have an enhanced flavor of adventure coupled with action altogether.
In addition, we can have a mixture of new cast that would be an add on to the entertainment and thrill provided by the show.
RESPONSE FROM THE FANS:
Having a keen look at the achievements of previous season, we figured out that it had a half-hearted response. Hence the creators are very careful in regard with this season. Their cautiousness indicates their concern regarding the future of this show. We are very well aware of the fact that we could expect the show to continue till minimum five seasons. Consequently, it becomes their responsibility to serve the audience that best of what they have to maintain their reputation.
ANTICIPATIONS OF RELEASE DATES:
The first season made its debut on the screens in the September month of 2017. Followed by it’s another season which got premiered in January 2019. The third season obtained its renewal in July 2019. However, the release has not happened yet. But the indications of release are towards the late 2020’s or the early 2021’s.
The reason behind the delay is that the creators have not yet completed their shoot. The fifth season is said to be on track to obtain its completion. This filming is happening in Toronto and would focus more on adventure than giving pain.
