Sushant Singh Rajput was a petrol head and car enthusiast after being an actor

Yesterday, India was shocked by a piece of horrific news. It sent chills down the spine and was unbelievable but unfortunately true. With the demise of a young, brilliant soul; the nation wipes its tears and offers a hand to people with the same anxiety or depression issues

Sushant Singh Rajput, left the world to join his mom in the galaxy of stars yesterday. The successful actor hanged himself and chooses to suicide with no reason discovered yet. He was an outstanding actor and his work in Indian cricketer, MS Dhoni’s biopic placed him at an amazing height of his career. Sushant was a hard-working actor, a kind heart soul, but also a petrol head. He was into cars and bikes. Owning stylish bikes and cars wasn’t all, but loving and taking care of them separated him from many other hypocrites in Bollywood.

Sushant had always dreamed of having a shiny beast at his driveway. He said,  “I am planning to buy an R8 Audi though my dream car is a Bugatti Veyron. I have played with enough toy cars when I was a kid. I have a need for speed. Even now I race cars on my play station.”

Well, the actor has passed away and he’ll be missed. The car enthusiast owned a Maserati Quattroporte, a Range Rover Evoque, and a BMW K1300R.

Maserati Quattroporte-

The actor posted his picture with the luxurious Maserati and captioned, “I’ve been playing with the miniature model of this car since I was a kid. It was about time to own the beast. Who’s up for a drive?” This meant how much cars had meant to him since his childhood and often people can be related to this attribute of his. He was photographed by media a lot many times behind the wheels of his darling Maserati.

The 1.64 crores valued Maserati is an Italian icon of elegance. With a 3.0-liter engine, it generates a power of  424-hp and does a 0- 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. It topped a speed of 193 mph.

Range Rover Evoque-

The car enthusiast, Sushant added this British luxury, when he gifted himself the vehicle after a long wanting. He had been quoted as saying the British luxury brand was his long-cherished dream.

The luxury SUV has a price tag of 58 lakhs. Evoques packs a 1999cc engine that gushes out a 245-hp of power. The five-seater SUV was a choice of many popular actors in Bollywood.

BMW K1300R-

In 2016, Sushant added this glory to his collection. He taught tuition classes to buy his first bike which was a Honda CBR. The petrolhead bought the BMW K1300R in 2016. He loved going out for a spin in the middle of the night as he was an insomniac. Although he had a high-brand vehicle in his hands, he didn’t forget his first bike.

The naked sports bike by BMW Motorrad was also part of the movie “Dhoom 3”. The bike is a 1293cc, water-cooled four-cylinder, which had a power capacity of 173-hp. BMW took brisk 2.8 seconds to sprint from 0-100 km/h and the taco metred a top speed of 266km/h.

The suicidal death of such a brilliant star has shaken the country from the deep. Depression being still being ignored as a health issue remains a cause of more than 4% deaths in India. Thus, Auto Freak reaches out, to express our condolences to the family and friend of Sushant Singh Rajput and also appeals citizens, especially the youth to face the problem rather than taking such big steps. At last quoting the late actor’s dialogue “Suicide is never an option.”, we wish that his soul may rest in peace.
