The series is not fiction based but also includes details of this 1890s. The series incorporates figures such as Theodore Roosevelt, who held the name of Police Commissioner.
The team contains a paper illustrator, Teddy Roosevelt, a psychologist, Dr. Laszlo Kreizler, and a recently appointed police commissioner.
