Among the very heart-clenching books I’ve read is Margaret Atwood’s’The Handmaid’s Tale’.
The dystopian book leaves one imagining a similar possible dark future that might, too, be the end of the world.
The publication is a must-read, also for all the people out there who intentionally cannot pick up a novel (I wonder why?), the futuristic publication has been turned into a sequence.
The Handmaid’s Tale was first ordered from the streaming platform Hulu.
The dystopian tragedy premiered in April 2017 for which it received wide acclaim. After a successful second and third season, the show has now been renewed for a fourth year. Bruce Miller has developed the first three seasons and will be ongoing.
Release Date and Cast
The primary photography was designed to begin on March 2, and the season would have been on our screens before the end of 2020.
However, the continuing Corona pandemic has led to massive shutdowns, and the productions have stopped.
It would be some time before we get to see season four. It wouldn’t be possible before 2021.
But she’s seen that more importance is given to safety.
In an Instagram article, she wrote,’To maintain the health and safety of our crew and cast and join the world in an attempt to flatten to the curve.
This series is my entire life, and this cast and team is my family. There’s nothing more important than making sure that they and everybody around them are secure’.
Plot Information and Trailer
The next publication, following The Handmaid’s Tale, is outside. It is titled’Testaments’ and will be employed to develop the narrative in the show version.
The show has taken its inspiration in the very first book, and it sees a mysterious universe Gilead, after another American Civil War, with a brand new society. The society after viewing a reduction in fertility rates because of pollution and sexually transmitted diseases subjugates fertile girls into Spartan captivity possessed by the higher classes. These women are known as the Handmaids.’
These girls should submit through ritualized called’ the ceremony.’ They’d then bare the kid to their commanders.’ After giving birth, they’d then be shifted to another commander. There’s not any trailer for the fourth year as the creation was halted. However, we will update here when something comes by.
