Theo is the sole member of the Crain family who might sense other people’s emotions (especially dead people’s). And buff theories indicate she does not have them. To prevent this, she wore gloves during the season to escape from this. They are removed by her. And the series never clarified the reason. We do not know if she approved them or ditched her abilities. The fan theories the web indicate that the powers of Theo faded off and has been set to rest.
