The Stranger is a gripping mystery that first premiered on 30th January on Netflix. It’s inspired by the book of the same name by Harlan Coben.
It features Richard Armitage this series’ protagonist, as Adam Price. Hannah John-Kamen plays the titular role of”The Stranger.” Other cast members include Paul Kaye, Jennifer Saunders, Shaun Dooley, Dervla Kirwan, and Siobhan Finneran.
The cast has been praised for their performances, and the show has gained a significant following. But, despite the need for a second season of the series, this show has not been renewed by Netflix, however.
It has not been canceled yet either, so there is hope for a different season, particularly since the first season of the show has not tied off the loose ends up. There are a lot of queries the viewers want to be answered.
A second-year can’t be anticipated till January of 2022 to COVID and due to the very long wait for the renewal if the series does get picked up.
Towards the end of this year, Adam discovers the Stranger is his sister. This will be a huge plot point in the season, which will probably revolve around Adam.
