After 10, TVS also launched its first electric scooter iQube. Both scooters are priced roughly the same. There is no information about any other driving modes that will be found with the Eco in TVS iQube Electric. However, on the eco mode Chetak’s range is 20 kilometers more than iQube.
Speedometer and console
iQube: TVS iQube has a console with a TFT display screen, which comes with smartphone connectivity. It has been developed on the SmartExconnect platform. That is, it will also show details related to the vehicle such as battery, range, charging and smartphone notifications. It supports all navigation.
Chetak: Bajaj has given a digital console in Chetak. These will also be connected with the company’s app. After which important information like its range, charging, location will be found on the phone itself. In the mobile app, features like scooter mobility solution, data communication, security, user authentication have also been provided.
Power:
The 4.4kW electric motor provided in the TVS iQube generates 6 bhp of power. At the same time, Bajaj Chetak’s electric motor generates a peak power of 5.36 bhp.

Range:
TVS claims that its electric scooter will run 75 kilometers once fully charged. At the same time, once fully charged, the company claims to have a range of more than 95 kilometers of Bajaj Chetak Electric.
Speed:
TVS iQube has a top speed of 78 km / h. In 4.2 seconds this scooter is capable of accelerating from 0 to 40 kilometers per hour. At the same time, Bajaj Chetak Electric has a top speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
Riding Mode:
Both electric scooters have two riding modes. Riding modes are named as Eco and Sport in TVS iQube, Economy and Power and Bajaj Chetak Electric.
Price:
The TVS iQube costs Rs 1.15 lakh. This is its on-road price in Bangalore. At the same time, Bajaj Chetak Electric is available in two variants – Urban and Premium. The urban variant costs Rs 1 lakh and the premium is Rs 1.15 lakh. These prices of Chetak Electric are ex-showroom.
Availability:
TVS electric scooter is currently available only in Bengaluru, while Chetak Electric is currently available only in Pune and Bangalore. Both electric scooters will be available in other cities after some time.
