TVS Jupiter BS6 model information revealed, features, price etc.

The company has revealed its information before the TVS Jupiter BS6 was launched in India. The new Jupiter BS6 is to be brought in three variants.

The TVS Jupiter BS6 will be launched at a starting price of Rs 61,449 (ex-showroom), with its top variant Classic priced at Rs 67,911 (ex-showroom).

TVS has brought many changes to this scooter. Its battery has been removed from the bottom of the seat and placed in the front apron, the storage under its seat has been increased from 17 liters to 21 liters.

With this, the fuel tank has been increased from 5 liters to 6 liters in TVS Jupiter BS6. Its weight has also been increased to 1 kg, in the old model its weight was kept from 104 to 107 kg.

However TVS says that this new scooter is already 15 percent efficient. All three variants have drum brakes in the rear wheel and disc brakes have been installed in the front wheel in ZX and Classic variants.

The new TVS Jupiter is powered by a 109 cc single cylinder engine that gives 7.3 bhp of power, compared to the old model of 7.8 bhp. Its torque is kept the same 8.4 newton meter.

TVS Jupiter BS6 will be made available in three variants Standard, ZX and Classic, priced at Rs 61,499, Rs 63,449 and Rs 67,911 respectively. The company’s dealership has started booking it.
